Iran University of Medical Sciences is one of the partner universities of Eastern Mediterranean University. This university organizes professional doctorate programs in dentistry and medicine with the help of the University of Iran. Students usually spend the first years of their studies at Eastern Mediterranean University and then spend the remaining years at Iran University of Medical Sciences. It is worth mentioning that the language of study of this program is English.
Foreign students who enter the joint medical course with Iran University of Medical Sciences will have the opportunity to learn Persian language to communicate with patients in Tehran medical centers. The clinical training phase in Iran University of Medical Sciences is carried out in 17 hospitals and medical centers in Tehran.
